Common questions

Before you reach out

What’s the best way to reach you?

The form on this page is the most reliable. It goes straight to the office and includes everything we need to follow up. If you’d rather talk, call the office during business hours.

Do I need drawings to request an estimate?

No. Drawings help, but a description of the project, the location, and the timeline is enough to start the conversation. We’ll ask for what we need.

Do you visit the site before estimating?

Whenever possible, yes. Site conditions affect cost and schedule more than most people expect.

What areas do you serve?

Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Westchester. We’re licensed in New York City, Nassau and Suffolk Counties, Westchester, Connecticut, and New Jersey.

Do you take residential projects?

Yes. Our residential work focuses on high-end homes, custom builds, and renovations.

I’m a general contractor. How do I get on your bid list?

Use the form and select the project type, or email the office with the project details.

I’m looking for a job. Should I use this form?

You can. Select \u201cA job opportunity\u201d and tell us about yourself.
